Does anyone know anything about a green Subaru that has been racing down Winterton street around 6pm last Sunday? It looks like two teenagers. I don't think it was the first time either. We have many children on our street. If you know who these kids are, I encourage you to talk to them about the dangers of joyriding down such a small and active street, let along any other road.
