What is this?

Does anyone have a knowledgeable boy or girl that recognizes this toy. It bends and twists, lights up shoots and makes noises. I can’t find where the batteries go or what numerous levers do? Can’t seem to find any instructions on line and there is no manufacturers name. Thanks
