[Highland Park] Copper Thieves !!!

I just got a note from a good friend that just (in the last few weeks) moved into the neighbourhood. Last night, someone broke into his basement, and stole all the copper piping. He is currently without heat and water. Thought you might like to be alerted so you could double check that basement door. Cheer Brett
