Lost little dog, still lost

Jasper ran off during fireworks from the farmhouse at Highland Park. He is still missing and has not been sighted since Friday night. He had a harness and leash with a doggy bag attachment on it. I think that his leash has caught on something and has prevented his movement. He is tan in color and weighs only about 18 pounds. Photo will be sent upon request.
