Two rooms for rent

HP neighbors, I have two bedrooms available for rent in my home, either room can come furnished or unfurnished. One is a recently-renovated smaller room with a bay window but no closet ($475/mo), the other is a larger room with a closet ($550/mo). Start dates any time after August 15th, barring any major setback on the current renovations.
