[Highland Park] Looking for an East End apartment

Hello! I have a friend who is searching for a small one bedroom apartment in the East End area in the city in the $550-$600/ month range. In addition, his small child may join him for part of the time. I think that he is fairly flexible about the type of space such as, part of a house, apartment building, etc. I have seen similar posts on this list serve for this type of rental in the past.
