Can anyone identify this weed / ground cover?

Hello, Please see the attached image. I have this stuff creeping in from an adjoining property. It actually looks like some sort of succulent / ground cover and it's really not too bad except I'm worried about how fast it's spreading (under concrete) Does anyone know it's name or a little more about it?
