[Highland Park] Looking for early morning work

Dear neighbors, I have a strange request. I'm a week away from being a physician assistant*, and so I'm preparing to take The Most Important Test of My Life. I could use some extra motivation to get up early (6ish), and a modicum of income would be nice too. Weeding? Watering? I'm open to suggestions. Please let me know if I could be of some help! Thank you, Margaret *Incidentally, if you know of a position available in family medicine/primary care, psychiatry, dermatology, urgent care, or really anything other than cardiovascular or orthopedic surgery (seemingly the only positions available in Pittsburgh), I'd love to hear about it. I have exhausted online postings for the time being.
