Hi, neighbors. The HPCC and St. Andrew's Church are working together again this holiday season to support Hello, Neighbor. Hello, Neighbor provides support and services to refugee families coming to the U.S. We just found out that the first families coming from Afghanistan will arrive this week. So as you are out shopping this week please remember these families. All supplies can be dropped off on the porch of the St. Andrew's Church offices at 5801 Hampton St. Thank you for your support.

Sear Steel Letter-sized 2 drawer file cabinet

An oldy but goody. This steel 2 drawer letter-sized Sears filing cabinet has some cosmetic blemishes, but it's otherwise in good condition. The drawer mechanisms work smoothly, but there isn't a key for the lock. The drawers weigh about five pounds each, and can be removed for easy transport. The cabinet weighs about 35 pounds. The buyer should be able to remove the cabinet and drawers for transport (a short distance and no stairs are involved in getting it to the street). Asking $45 cash, payable at pickup. Hello! I´m writing with my annual offer for Christmas tree pickup for recycling with the city´s Christmas tree recyclling effort. We hope you all had a good Christmas and are looking forward to a healthy and fun New Year! We love that our neighbors look forward to this effort so much! We already had a handful of customers proactively reach out for details about the Christmas Tree pick up prior to us sending out any notice at all! *We will be picking up the trees to bring to the city lots for recycling on Sunday, January 16.
