I will be singing at the Penn Plaza East in Monroeville, the best way for me to explain where it is located is that it is right in front of Sears. The gig is from 8-11pm, Kenny Blake, Chris Panginkas, Mark Strickland and many other great musicians will be on the gig. I would love to see some of Highland Park out representing. I have a female friend who has relocated back to Pittsburgh from Philadelphia and has taken a job with UPMC in Shadyside. She is looking for a nice sized one bedroom or two bedroom apartment if price is reasonable w/utilities. It needs to be close to busline and nice part of Highland Park OR Shadyside where she can feel safe. Washer and Dryer and garage or place to park car would also be very ideal. She is looking to rent the beginning of August. If anyone has something that might fit this description, please get back to me as soon as possile as she would like to go apartment hunting this weekend. Access to the 71A Negley would be ideal. The event is FREE to the public and will feature activities geared toward children ages 12 and under.
