PENN CIRCLE LANE CLOSURES The City of Pittsburgh advises that traffic restrictions and lane closures will be in effect in the East Liberty District around portions of Penn Circle South, Penn Avenue, Penn Circle East, and Broad Street from 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2011, until the week of May 16, 2011, in order for a contractor to replace the existing bituminous pavement with new Superpave Asphalt paving. The intersections will be closed to thru traffic on a short term, temporary basis to allow the workers to complete their milling and paving operations. Local traffic will be allowed to access business and garages. Hi, we are looking for somebody reliable to pick up our two sons (1.5 and 3.5) from daycare Mo-Fr at 3 p.m. and stay with them until we get home around 6 p.m. The daycare starts in June but we would like to start the adjustment now, as we have just moved here from Europe and the Children do not speak English (yet).
