Hello Members, I have been in the cleaning industry for over 5 years, and experienced in this field most of my life. It was my dream to begin a cleaning business as I have accomplished my goals I keep thinking I would like to venture into helping the elderly or overly busy families. I do love cleaning and it does make a difference in peoples lives, however I want to do more for people. I feel a satisfaction making a real difference in peoples lives. I would like to offer different services to members of Highland Park and surrounding communities. I am a medical assistant by trade. I have a degree as a medical secretary as well. I am educated in these areas. I went to school to be a medical assistant because I wanted to help others. I am looking to be of assistance to anyone who is in extra need. I will list things I am willing to do for the elderly or families who just need an extra hand. List: Grocery shopping Porting Doctor's appointments ect. Cleaning services preparing meals Bathing Daytime help with children/I have 4 children Organizing homes laundry ironing I am a very well rounded individual and I tend to put my heart into my work, so I figured I would add these things for personal reasons , and just to know maybe I made a small difference in someone's life even if they are little things I know they do help. I enjoy elderly people, children, and making a more meaningful difference other than just providing cleaning would complete who I am. I look forward to any response. Other municipalities will be added to the site as reassessment notices are mailed pursuant to the court order. It is accessible from the county’s website at www.alleghenycounty.us.**** ** ** “When these values were first released, taxpayers were not given the information they need to fight this reassessment,” said Fitzgerald. “This new site gives taxpayers tools they need, along with information on deadlines for the informal reviews and formal appeals, frequently asked questions that will be constantly updated, a process that allows taxpayers to request data corrections without going through the informal review process, and an avenue to ask additional questions about their property value.” **** ** ** Under the current process set by the court, informal reviews are being used to make corrections to property characteristics. Rather than require property owners to come to downtown Pittsburgh for a review, County Executive Fitzgerald has established a process that allows taxpayers to submit data corrections via e-mail to the Office of Property Assessments. Such submissions will be reviewed and confirmed, but may not automatically result in changes. Changes that are made may increase or decrease a property’s assessed value.
