[Highland Park] Help in Understanding Terms on the County's Property Assessment Site

There are three terms on the County's Property Assessment Site I'm not sure what they mean. Can anyone help? The terms in the Residential Building Information section are: Grade (It has a letter grade), What is it grading and what do the letter grades mean? Condition (it has terms like fair, average, etc) I assume that the terms refer to the shape of the building. Garage ( I see mostly "0" listed where there are garages on the property) Does this only refer to integral garages? Thanks, Ed Sullivan

I'm selling a used black macbook that I personally used since 2007. It is in decent condition except for the well-known broken plastic on the edge of the palm rest. Model number: MB063LL/B 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Full specs are here: http://support.apple.com/kb/SP12 I have upgraded the RAM to 4GB and the software to Mac OSX Lion. About 7 months ago, I also bought a brand new battery from Apple. With this battery, I routinely get about 4-5 hours with a normal, web-browsing, ssh terminal work load. It comes with a power brick and extension cable. It also comes with these accessories: - MiniDVI to DVI dongle - MniiDVI to VGA dongle - MiniDVI to composite / s-video dongle I also have an extra power brick that I will add for another $50 if you want it.
