[Highland Park] Choral Camp for Girls First Through Sixth Grade

For girls going into grades 1 through 6, Children of the New World Choral Camp is a week-long camp of choral music! Students will learn songs from North, South, and Central America in multiple languages and styles. They will also play musical games, participate in daily arts and crafts activities, and meet new friends. The camp is geared towards girls in Grades 1 through 6. It is run by the Pittsburgh School for the Choral Arts (PSCA) and the leaders of the Oakland Girls Choir (OGC) as well as members of the Oakland Girls Tour Choir. Join us for an unforgettable week of new music, games, community, and fun! The Zone 5 Public Safety Council meets on the second Tuesday of every month to discuss public safety in Zone 5 (the District 7 neighborhoods of Bloomfield, East Liberty, Garfield, Highland Park, Morningside, and Stanton Heights are all served by Zone 5 police.) These meetings are a great opportunity to speak directly with Commander O'Connor about recent incidents in your neighborhood and to receive the incident summary for the prior month. The Public Safety Council would also like to take time at this meeting to hear your thoughts on what you would like to see in 2012 - special guests, themed meetings, etc. I look forward to seeing you there. I am selling some of my more popular beach/Outer Banks giclee prints and also prints of a new watercolor "Washington's Landing". These are roughly 8x10's matted variously to 12x16 to 14x18. I mat the prints using museum grade %100 cotton ragmat/Crescent brand matboard with acid free foam backing. The giclees are printed here in Pittsburgh at Alpha Screen Graphics.
