I've added a stair basket tote, lots of games, all in good shape, some unusual puzzles (outer space, Empire State bldg, etc.); two sets of dominoes; and a toddler chair to my porch for picking up today. The headboard came from the recently closed Youth Furniture store next to Babyland a few years ago and is in excellent condition. Asking $100. This problem is on 920 N. St. Clair St. which KDKA corrected on their 11 o'clock report. The property is a rental and has been a problem for years. the owner fails to maintain it. The owner is listed as PJ Marien and Associates in care of Lacchino Drapery on Baum Blvd.. http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/video/7738947-cockroach-infestation-disrupts… They have sent someone in to clean it out but does it really have to take a TV story to have someone maintain their rental property? Hi neighbors, We bought 750 sqft of new, in box, pre-finished, mohawk hardwood of solid dark walnut, 2 3/4 inch wide planks at an auction and have had second thoughts about the color for our home. It is gorgeous prefinished walnut- very rich looking! but our home is fairly casual not formal at all. [Highland Park] 2 dressers, desk, bar stools, big upholstered chair for sale---wood furniture antique mahogany, well made--photos on request

Hi Neighbors,These items may be great for an extra room or for a room rental to students/tenant.The wooden pieces are antiques and are very sturdy, with mahogany veneer. There is minor damage to some of the finishes, but not to the structural integrety. I was told that "Old English" cream would help diminish this problem. The desk/dressing table has a mirror which can be hung. The mirror has some problems thus I would throw it in for free. I am asking $75.00 for each piece.The barstools are covered with black vinyl or leather (can't really tell) very sturdy and in very good condition--$35.00 each The chair is in great condition and very comfortable. The fabric is a bit faded, but still looks nice. $50.I will send photos on request,. If you want to take a look, please reply to this e-mail or call 412 608 2178 any time but between 3-6 Mon. - Fri.
