Hi Neighbors,These items may be great for an extra room or for a room rental to students/tenant.The wooden pieces are antiques and are very sturdy, with mahogany veneer. There is minor damage to some of the finishes, but not to the structural integrety. I was told that "Old English" cream would help diminish this problem. The desk/dressing table has a mirror which can be hung. The mirror has some problems thus I would throw it in for free. I am asking $75.00 for each piece.The barstools are covered with black vinyl or leather (can't really tell) very sturdy and in very good condition--$35.00 each The chair is in great condition and very comfortable.
