The Highland Park Community Council (HPCC) is proposing the following amendments to both: 1. The Highland Park Community Council, Inc. BY-LAWS 2. The HPCC Articles of Incorporation These amendments were presented to the membership at the September 19, 2012 Annual meeting of HPCC and have been revised as noted in the attached. The revised amendments will be voted on at the October 18, 2012 HPCC Meeting. These documents are also available on the HPCC website at www.highlandparkpa.com Dave Atkinson (HPCC Vice President)
