Detailed house cleaning

I started detailing a few friends houses and it started to become a thing. I can bring whatever condition your house is in up to baseline status while creating systems of efficiency so that it will be easier to maintain the status of your home. I can organize almost anyone! I charge a flat rate after a consultation so that I can take my time and make sure things are done correctly. I have excellent references upon request and am happy to offer services. I clean air b&b units on the side so I understand that detail is everything. I also have a 7 year daughter that comes with me that would be more than happy to entertain a pet. Hi neighbors. We are selling our beautiful, Ragazzi brand, espresso colored wooden crib. In excellent used condition. Mattress can be set up high for newborn use and gradually lowered as baby gets bigger. Pictures show it in full set up with mattress at lowest point. One long side can be removed to be a toddler bed. If both short sides are removed, the long sides can be used as a headboard/footboard with a full size mattress. Crib will be broken down into parts and ready for pick-up. Original manual will be provided for instructions to put it back together. Mattress, mattress pad and a few crib sheets will be included to at no extra cost. Asking $175 OBO. Cash only. You haul. Hello Neighbors! Looking to get your great recommendations. We have a brick garage with old peeling paint inside. The paint tests positive for lead. We are looking for a professional certified to do lead paint remediation to help us remove, contain, replace the paint. Does anyone in the neighborhood have a recommendation to share? We also need some interior ceiling work done in this garage- so recommendations for contractors who could do that work would also be welcome. ~ Sabrina
