Hello neighbors, I have two trees that need to be taken down. I am seeking recommendations for an arborist who is careful and does not do a hack job. This is a heavy ladder type shelf that is lovely against a wall. $80. Porch pick up. Approximately 6.5 feet tall. One shelf has a wee split where it attaches but the whole thing is pretty sturdy. You pick up and haul from my porch.

For Sale - Antique High Back Chair

I am selling an antique high back chair, Jacobean style - $75. The chair has a really interesting story... My father found this chair 40 years ago at the town dump in the little town in New Hampshire where we lived at the time. When he discovered the chair, it was essentially just the wood frame; the original upholstery was all but gone. Dad rescued the chair and my parents had it reupholstered. It was in our living room when I was growing up as a side chair, mostly just for looks. I was given the chair in the late 1990s when my parents downsized. My cats did a number on the upholstery and the fabric colors faded from being in direct sunlight. I've had the chair for 20 years, the last 10 of which it's been sitting in my basement. I've finally decided that it's time to let this piece go (with Dad's blessing). I simply don't have any room for it in my house. Please let me know if you're interested. The chair will definitely need to be reupholstered. It would make a really unique addition to any home. More/bigger pictures available upon request. Best, Rob Nichols (412) 432-6122

Hi, I am looking for someone who can go on a ladder to a second floor apartment and take out the glass in one window that has a hole in it and put in a new piece of glass. Does anyone do that or know of someone that does? Thanks for any suggestions..... Susie
