I am selling an antique high back chair, Jacobean style - $75. The chair has a really interesting story... My father found this chair 40 years ago at the town dump in the little town in New Hampshire where we lived at the time. When he discovered the chair, it was essentially just the wood frame; the original upholstery was all but gone. Dad rescued the chair and my parents had it reupholstered. It was in our living room when I was growing up as a side chair, mostly just for looks. I was given the chair in the late 1990s when my parents downsized. My cats did a number on the upholstery and the fabric colors faded from being in direct sunlight. I've had the chair for 20 years, the last 10 of which it's been sitting in my basement. I've finally decided that it's time to let this piece go (with Dad's blessing). I simply don't have any room for it in my house. Please let me know if you're interested.
