car break in

this morning (thursday) i got a message from my neighbor walking her dog that my back little window on the passenger side of my car was broken. went out and sure enough it was broken and they reached in and opened the door., took out stuff in the console which mainly was pens, tire gauge and loose change. left it on the front seat and went thru the glove box which had only papers in it but pulled out napkins and junk, but they did close the glove box. so nothing was taken but just a broken window...i did call the police and filed a report....oh and my doors were locked so doesnt matter if you lock your car or not they'll get in...and i live in the 800 block of farragut street, car was parked in the front of my house.
