Chinese New Year/Valentine's Day 2025

Hi, Neighbors, We would like to invite our Highland Park neighbors to our Chinese New Year/Valentine’s Day party on Saturday February 15, 2025 at 7 pm. This will also be a celebration of love of all kinds, not just romantic love. And we plan on playing a game after dinner for those who wish to stay. Each person attending should bring one dish. Please cook or buy a Chinese dish, preferably something special or unusual that is offered for Chinese New Year. Because it will all be Chinese, it will not be a random potluck, so please tell me what you are bringing to avoid a lot of duplication. To protect the other guests, please be sure to have received your 2024 updated Covid vaccine by 2 weeks before. As always, please RSVP (yes-no-maybe) so we will know how many to expect. If you are unsure, please RSVP maybe now and tell us your final decision later. Thanks! We are looking forward to sharing this time with some new people. Please RSVP to get the address. compost tumbler - FREE

Dear HP Neighbors, Our moving van has come and gone. We were unable to load our compost tumbler because the compost in it had frozen. Free to whomever comes and gets it.
