I usually clean most houses every two weeks but we can work out a schedule that works for you. Hi All, Free pill/capsule maker for supplements. I just upgraded. Pic included I have some veg capsules from my last order, to get you started if you want. If you are new to this idea, think about buying a bulk pack of ground cinnamon or garlic, and making your own capsules instead of spending way more for off the shelf branded products. Free nursing/pumping supplies, all in good condition, clean, and sterilizable. We've got two hand pumps with extra parts, milk storage bottles, milk storage bags for the freezer, several nursing/pumping bras (size M or one size), flanges, an insulated storage bag, a portable bottle/pump cleaning and drying kit, a Haakaa, and steam bags to sterilize parts in the microwave.
