Hi all, this cart brought my daughter and her friend lots of great memories over 2 summers. They sold snow cones at the farmer's market and around their school. The cart is insulated inside--they made the sno cone ice at home and put it in a big cooler, which went inside the cart. The ice would last for several hours. Also great for selling cookies, crafts, etc. Has 4 locking wheels. Public Notice: Development Activity Meeting for 925 Mellon Street project, Aug 20

The Aug 20th HPCC Community Zoom Meeting will include a *Development Activities Meeting*. CitySTUDIO, a developer seeking to update the property at 925 Mellon Street, will present its plans for the site. The structure currently has occupancy for a retail space on the ground floor, with three apartments above. CityStudio is proposing to convert the ground floor space to a fourth apartment. Although this change would bring the property more in-line with others on the block, the change is a non-conforming use for the zoning district. CitySTUDIO will present its plans and solicit feedback at this meeting prior to going before the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The HPCC August 20 Community Zoom Meeting will begin at 7 - 8 pm. We have a pair of nesting chimney swifts in our chimney. We hear the chicks throughout the day, and watch the pair swoop back down the chimney come dusk.
