Hi all, this cart brought my daughter and her friend lots of great memories over 2 summers. They sold snow cones at the farmer's market and around their school. The cart is insulated inside--they made the sno cone ice at home and put it in a big cooler, which went inside the cart. The ice would last for several hours. Also great for selling cookies, crafts, etc. Has 4 locking wheels.
