Hello, Please see the attached image. I have this stuff creeping in from an adjoining property. It actually looks like some sort of succulent / ground cover and it's really not too bad except I'm worried about how fast it's spreading (under concrete) Does anyone know it's name or a little more about it? insurance request

Hello all, I am looking to get quotes for property insurance for one 4-unit rental building located in Squirrel Hill. We currently have a Dwelling and Fire policy, not even sure if that is sufficient, but would like to find better coverage that is reasonably priced. We have owned the building for over 30 years and never had a claim. Does anyone own a similar kind of property and can you provide me with the information on your insurer to contact-- or does anyone know of an agency that they would recommend to speak to for this kind of coverage? I would appreciate any suggestions....thanks!! Susie

Hello, all, There are 6 oxheart tomato plants on my front porch for anyone that wants them. My brother started them from seed, and the seed came from his friend's Italian grandfather.
