Hi all! I have a Men’s Schwinn Bicycle for sale. The frame is a size small and the tires are 70cc. It’s a trail bike and rides wonderfully either on the road or on trails. I’m asking $200 but am willing to negotiate. It has been lightly used and is still in very good condition. This is a great bike for a teenager who wants to ride to school or someone looking to get to work while also having a fun weekend on the trails in Frick Park. Loose dog spotted

Small to medium sized black dog with a brown face and ears, looked like a jack russell mix spotted on Negley at Hampton on Friday 2/14, at 4:40pm. It stopped and stared at me for a bit then took off on Negley towards East Liberty. Had a collar and tags but couldn't get close enough to read them.

Hi Foks - I had several kind folks reply to my request for experience using green energy suppliers. 4 folks using and happy with Green Mountain -I signed up with them though they are a bit expensive (100% wind, pollution free 8.89c / kWt) One used Green Mountain then switched to Arcadia for lower rate One uses Brighten Energy (100% green - 7.39/kWt) - not long enough for a review A friend of mine rents solar panels which not only pays for her household electrical use but often results in a profit - - benefit of ranch style houses with flat roofs and S SW sunlight :) Thanks to all who responded. Hello Friends and Neighbors, Join me on Feb 23 for the IceCycle Bike Ride <https://friendsoftheriverfront.dojiggy.com/b92fd02/regPages/pages/?p=b11628…> along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail. You will get to meet the new executive director of Friends of the Riverfront <https://friendsoftheriverfront.org/>, Kelsey Ripper, as well as some special guests. The event will be a 30-mile trail ride on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail starting in Lawrenceville and ending in Millvale. There will be about 10 riders doing the entire 30-miles. The riders are primarily staff, board members and volunteers and these riders are each trying to raise $500 each for Friends. Real Estate Attorney Needed

Hello Folks, As stated, I am looking for a real estate attorney to look over my commercial lease here at the store and advise me. The building here at 5901 has been up for sale for probably 6 months and I need to know my exposure. My lease was drawn up by the previous owner of the store and is not what I would call up to snuff, politely speaking. Any help would be appreciated.
