Highland Park Neighbors, Check out Cub Scout Pack 343 at our sign-up night today (9/4) at 6:30pm at the St. Raphael Activity Center. We’re at 1154 Chislett St in Morningside. Cub Scouting is a family program for boys and girls in Kindergarten through fifth grade. Adult volunteer leaders run activities and provide learning opportunities for our Cub Scouts.
