Surround yourself with the beauty of nature, the songs of birds and gentle practice in the shade! Our class will meet at 8 a.m. to the right of the fountain amongst the summer blooms this Tuesday. handy person needed for a small bathroom job

Hi HP Neighborhood! I need a handy person who is skilled at removing an old vanity (not that old) and installing a new one - this is not a free standing thing, this is a floating one - it has no legs - mounts to the wall Should be a fairly straightforward swap out. We had the bathroom redone say 7 years ago - and the vanity we picked did not hold up - so the old one has to go and the new one has to go in - and quickly - this week if possible. There is a mirror that has to be swapped out as well. Feel free to provide with the names and numbers of qualified handy persons. Or if you are a handy person, you can reach out to me and come take a look at the job, then provide me with an estimate. *Published:* 07.18.2019 *Contact:* Timothy McNulty Communications Director Mayor 412-660-1999 timothy.mcnulty(a)pittsburghpa.gov Electronic and Hazardous Waste Recycling Drop-Off Program Begins Next Week PITTSBURGH, PA (July 18, 2019) Starting July 24, for the first time since TVs and computers were banned from Pennsylvania landfills in 2010, the City of Pittsburgh will subsidize a twice-weekly option for electronics and household hazardous waste recycling at a drop-off site in the Strip District. The City’s Bureau of Environmental Services will host a contracted vendor, Environmental Coordination Services and Recycling (ECS&R) <http://ecsr.net/>, to accept materials at their 3001 Railroad Street facility Wednesdays from 3-8pm and Sundays from 9am-5pm. Drop-off appointments must be scheduled in advance through ecsr.net/pittsburgh-recycling or by calling 814-425-7773. This program was approved last year by Mayor William Peduto and City Council from legislation introduced by Councilwoman Theresa Kail-Smith and former Councilman (and current mayoral Chief of Staff) Dan Gilman. E-waste and hazardous waste must be recycled in ways that comply with state and federal laws. The cost to recycle most TVs and computers will be 40 cents per pound, so the fee for recycling a 50 pound TV will be around $20. Hello Highland Park! We are in search of good Brick Masons to quote a relatively large reconstruction job that also involves a small amount of water damage on the facade of our home. This project is a bit time sensitive because we are concerned a portion of the facade could collapse. We need to find a reliable contractor that's known for quality, reliability, and timeliness.
