Yoga this week

Greetings! Often one forgets the fundamental benefits of our physical practice: we forget how good we can feel by moving, stretching, and strengthening the body! The movement in itself, even a small amount helps create a balance in the body/mind connection! Please join in a gentle yoga flow designed to create flexibility, balance, and strength. Tuesday class is at 8 a.m in the Chapel at the First United Methodist Church, 5401 Centre Ave in Shadyside. Parking is available in the lot off Centre Avenue. Enter through the Fellowship Hall and follow the hallway to the Chapel. The class is $10 and open to all levels. Please bring your mat. Wednesday class meets at 8:15 a.m. in Regent Square at Mookshi 702 S. Trenton Ave. 15221. Mats are provided or bring your own. Visit Mookshi.com for information. First class is $5.
