spinet piano looking for good home

We have a small spinet that's no longer used, as our son went to college. Hoping to find a good home for it! Because of its size it fits easily in smaller living rooms. Dimensions 56.5" wide x 24.5" deep x 36" high. Photos attached. It also has a piano heater used to keep humidity more constant during the humid weather. It's an art deco design from 1937. It looks good despite having some scratches. Offering it free, you'd just need to arrange delivery. I've usually found a man-w-a-van has run about $90 when I've moved pianos in the past. Thanks. Strongly Recommending Robert Higgs

Dear Highland Parkers, I want to highly recommend ROBERT HIGGS for any repair or restoration work that you need around your homes. I learned about his services from two neighbors who had employed him previously and who I trust completely. I was not disappointed. The work was always done in a responsible, considerate and thorough manner. Everyone involved was polite and trustworthy. The amount of time required for the work was reasonable, as were his charges. I felt that I was charged fairly, and dealt with honestly. Mr. Higgs gave me an itemized list of the costs of each of the repairs, and his prices were fair & reasonable. . Here are some of the projects his team successfully completed at my house: He fixed wood rot in a third-floor window frame and re-installed a hinged window there. Hung a door. Hung a a very delicate and heavy mirror. Determined why our dining-room ceiling light did not work, and made it work. Installed two interior thresholds. Built & installed a screen in a transom window. Major job: diagnosed and repaired wood rot in our back sun room; replaced part of the wooden floor; replaced and grouted ceramic tiles; fixed the outer door frame of the sun room and installed the mechanism that slows down a door closing. Another Major job: Repaired, lowered and reconfigured our back stairs so that rain flowed away from the sun room; installed a proper threshold to keep water from the sun room door. Dug out 15 feet of problematic sidewalk on the side of our house, poured a fresh walk that would resist water and downhill-moving earth. All debris was removed. Cleared blockage of water in our second-floor gutters. I intend to hire Mr. Higgs for future repairs. The future list is mounting. So far: replace a ceiling light/fan fixture; do plaster ceiling repairs...
