It is probably 4-5 years old and works great. $150 > The other unit is 12,000 or 15,000 BTU and cooled the 1st floor of our house. Similar age, works great. LOOSE DOG ATTACK

My roommate and dog were attacked by a loose German Shepard, unattended by a human around 8am on Wellesley. We already called the police, so I hope the dog has since been contained. Thank you to the neighbors who helped to fight the dog off. I appreciate any owner taking responsibility, as we did need to seek vet attention. Emily Bayer 412-952-0442
