Greetings, Precious words to ponder: "It is the touch of the hand, a spoken word and the contact of the eyes which open the heart of the man, not the knowledge of all the libraries in the world." - Yogi Bhajan Yoga class will be held in the full blooms of summer in the gardens by the main entrance of Highland Park! Meet to the right of the fountain, we will begin at 8 a.m., cost is $10. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. There is a small chance of rain Tuesday morning, if the location needs to move indoor we will meet at the First United Methodist Church 5401 Centre Ave. 15232. Please feel free to call for information or text is fine as well! Also, I have added 2 classes in Regent Square at Mookshi: Wednesday 8:15 to 9:30 a.m for Foundational yoga., and Sunday 10 to 11:15 a.m. for Sun Salutations.
