Meet to the right of the fountain by the main entrance. Class begins at 8 a.m. with gentle warmup stretches and flows into balance and strengthening asanas (poses). Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Cost is $10. Wednesday June 27 from 7 to 8 p.m. is our next meditation class in our summer series in Regent Square at 205 Biddle Avenue, 2nd floor. Hi all, Shamelessly promoting this play by a new theater company. Coming live to a stage in Coraopolis on July 13, 14, 21, and 22. Go to the Stoops Ferry website and you can buy tickets online. They're $12. I have a small part but have been to all of the rehearsals and the cast is really, really good. As is the directing. And I can be a rather critical critic. Hope to see you there.
