We'll be hearing from A+ Schools on their annual report to the community on the state of education in Pittsburgh, and we'll also be holding a brainstorming discussion around infrastructure and maintenance needs in the neighborhood in advance of our annual capital budget survey. Air condition/HVAC referral

Hello neighbors - we’re experiencing a lot of problems with our Nest thermostat, and it looks like we just need to go back to an old fashioned thermostat. The air condition folks recommended by Nest never call us back. Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable HVAC person?
