Come join us at the First United Methodist Church in Shadyside for an 8 a.m. yoga class on Tuesday May 1. Parking lot is off Centre Ave. Soon we will be meeting in Highland Park for outdoor yoga sessions again! Stay tuned! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, cost is $10. Meditation classes will begin this Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. in Regent Square - 205 Biddle Ave. 2nd floor.
