Friends in the neighborhood are reminded that all are welcome! Our traditional St. Andrew's Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner and Mardi Gras Party will be held Tuesday evening, February 13th,downstairs in Barley Hall. Dinner will be served 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., with the usual fun and games and the crowning of the King and Queen of the Mardi Gras to end a bit before 7 p.m. No charge for the dinner, though Free Will Donations are received with thanks . . . . free moving boxes available

We have at least 20 large sturdy boxes to get rid of. These were only used for shipments from Amazon (mostly) and range from about 15”x15”x15” to perhaps 15”x24”x36”. They are clean and in perfect condition. If you want any, let me know how many and if you want larger or smaller ones. HPCC Community Meeting THURSDAY

Please join us this Thursday, February 15th, for the February Community Meeting of the Highland Park Community Council, which will be held at at 7pm at St. Andrews. Our featured presentation will be from Bob Weimar, the acting Executive Director of PWSA, who will be addressing and taking questions on Highland Park-specific issues relating to the Reservoir and the temporary pumps and generators along Mellon, as well as broader issues like lead contamination and infrastructure improvements. We'll also be hearing from David Hance, President of the Highland Park Community Development Corporation, about some of the HPCDC's upcoming projects, and as always, we'll have a brief public safety update from Zone 5.
