Hello neighbors. Just before 9am or so, I found a single tiny pink boot on the sidewalk in front of our home at 1015 Portland Street. (pic attached) If you dropped one while walking on the morning of Monday, April 10, stop by to pick it up! It’s sitting just outside our front gate. -Becky

Missing Cat

My house cat - i.e. with no street smarts - is missing. He is a pure gray, male, declawed cat. He has been missing since Wednesday afternoon, I think. Excellent tenant looking for dog friendly housing this summer

Hello Neighbors! I am a long time Highland Park resident (11 years!) and I am looking for new housing this summer (July/August-ish) for myself, my sweet, lazy, well behaved dog and possibly another housemate. I am an excellent tenant and neighbor that has loved the house I've lived in for the past decade as if it were my own. I would be looking for something on the first floor, preferably with air conditioning. I'm quiet, respectful, professionally employed and in my 30's. Please let me know if you know of anything that may be a good fit for us. The community of Highland Park has my heart, but overall I would like to be able to afford to remain in the East End and feel safe and comfortable where I live. Thank you!
