'stream' of water from park onto Bunkerhill?

I called '311' a few weeks ago regarding the constant water coming from the grassy area of the park onto Bunkerhill at N. Euclid and also about the sewer being full or backed-up at the next block of Bunkerhill at N. St. Clair........does anyone know about this? Only asking because I am sure there is someway 'we' are going to be paying for this; if we aren't already. Thanks! sue

I am delighted to announce that the OLEA is officially open as of this morning. I appreciate everyone's patience during the 2 and a half years it took to make this off-leash area a reality. Now, all I can ask is that you follow the rules that are posted, clean-up after your pets and yourself and play well with others.
