We are sad to be leaving Morningside, but would really love to see our house go to someone who has been looking to move to the area! We live on the 1600 block of Jancey Street in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath duplex. Rent is $900/month plus utilities through Rockwel Realty. House has a very large basement and we could probably work something out to sell the washer/dryer if needed. Kitchen is a decent size with a large pantry and we'd leave the dishwasher here that we purchased for free! Dining room is very big as we have family and friends over often for big meals. Living room is good size as well. Upstairs has the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Master bedroom is HUGE. We have a queen, 2 dressers, a rolling clothing rack, 3 shelving units, and still have plenty of room. 2nd bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed with multiple dressers or a desk, etc. 3rd bedroom is very much a Pittsburgh 3rd bedroom so you could probably only fit a twin bed in there. Right now we have a desk, 2 cabinets, and store most of our stuff in there. Front porch is nice size with a porch swing (my favorite part). Back yard is smaller, but we did build a fire pit there that we could keep there if you wanted it. No AC, but we could probably look into selling you a window unit if needed. Dear Neighbors on 6000 of Jackson st I found a blue plastic container, probably a recyclable bin, in the driveway of my house on Monday afternoon, which may have been blown there due to the wind.
