Hello Susan, HPGC members and neighbors. Here are the directions for the visit to the "Paradise Garden" (their theme for 2015) of Rodef Shalom Biblical Garden. It is situated at the corner of 5th Avenue Devonshire and Morewood. The parking lot is reached from either side of the building and in the back from Morewood or Devonshire. There is ample space and it is free, as is the visit. I do need a head count so if you have not done so already, please let me know if you are coming. Looking forward to seeing you then. Hi neighbors, I saw some window a/c units being listed on here, but does anyone have one that is for a SLIDER/CASEMENT window? (Where the a/c unit is bigger in height than in width)? VEX IQ Robotics Camp

Our school is offering a robotics camp this summer for middle school students. Here's the info, in case you are interested in sending your children: Learn to design, build and program robots at the Pittsburgh Urban Christian School Robotics Camp, July 27-31 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Pittsburgh Urban Christian School Robotics Team placed 12th in programming at the World Vex IQ Robotics Tournament this year and we are eager to introduce this fun and exciting educational experience to more students. Students who are entering 6-8 grade for school year 2015-16 are welcome. Working in pairs, students will learn RobotC programming fundamentals and engineering concepts to problem solve various challenges throughout the week. Cost of the camp is $200.
