Mamas with strollers-- exercising program

Hello ladies!!! I have an idea, as I'm exercising every day I see mamas with strollers running or exercising on their own. I wanna start a class every Monday which consist of running, squats, push-ups and maybe some yoga in between etc. I'm a certified yoga instructor and I've taught lots of boot camp classes. We can start with a little stretch, maybe a kiss on the side to the munchkin, a little running and then a little yoga afterwards to stretch. As we're running though, we'll stop and do some push-ups or squats in between. It'll be cool to get together and work it out. I can have some music to get us pumped up. Let me know what you think. La Vida Yoga

Hello Parkers!!! I'm so happy it isn't raining right now:-) The sun is out and the little breeze feels amazing! Okay, starting July 10th La Vida Yoga will be hosting a donation class every Friday from 7-7:45. It'll be a good way to check out what's coming to the neighborhood and meet some of my fellow Parkers. Make sure you bring a mat and some water---I'll provide the blocks! It'll be more like a power yoga class but La Vida Yoga will be offering more than power when we open. Free desk

I have a wooden desk that I no longer need and I am happy to give it to anyone who wants it. It has one file drawer, 5 other side drawers, and a wide shallow drawer (for pens, etc.) across the middle. It is in excellent structural condition. I will send a photo to anyone interested. Painter Recommendation

I just wanted to thank everyone who recommend Rick Nitkiewiecz from Ultimate Custom Painting for a project we just completed. Rick is from Morningside and he and his crew were fantastic. He gave us a very fair and quick bid. He had a number projects, but was able to fit us in before most of the other companies; and when there was a lot of rain, he was able to knock out our interior project ahead of schedule.
