Mamas with strollers-- exercising program
Hello ladies!!! I have an idea, as I'm exercising every day I see mamas with strollers running or exercising on their own. I wanna start a class every Monday which consist of running, squats, push-ups and maybe some yoga in between etc. I'm a certified yoga instructor and I've taught lots of boot camp classes. We can start with a little stretch, maybe a kiss on the side to the munchkin, a little running and then a little yoga afterwards to stretch. As we're running though, we'll stop and do some push-ups or squats in between. It'll be cool to get together and work it out. I can have some music to get us pumped up. Let me know what you think.
