School project: seeking perennials and bulbs

I'm a teacher at Burrell High School in Westmoreland County, and we staff and students are building an edible vegetable schoolyard with a perennial flower garden component. Since funding is hard to come by, I'm wondering if anybody is thinning bulbs and perennials that would be willing to donate to our garden? Right now we are specifically seeking white tulips, blue hyacinths, crocuses, and daffodils, but any and all bulbs or perennials are most welcome. A fall or spring donation would work for us, and we're trying to build a perennial bed that has continuous blooms throughout the growing season (some flowers coming in as others are going out). Knife care and safety demonstration in the Strip

I wanted to let you know that I'll be doing a knife care and safety demonstration at Farmers@Firehouse Market down in the Strip on Saturday, October 10 from 9am-1pm with Slow Food Pittsburgh. Comcast vs. Verizon.

Thank you very much for the quick responses. Some suggested that I call Comcast and see if they would beat Verizon's price. I called and they did. Instead of paying 180 a month, they dropped it to 145 which is less than what Verizon offered me. Also found out that I won't have a cancellation fee since I've been with them so long. As far as which service is better, responses ran neck and neck with both. No real way to sort it out to see which is better because the comments ran from Verizon has better internet speed to Comcast has better customer service to Verizon has dropped calls and Comcast has a worse TV picture. Hi Neighbors, My stubborn two year old daughter is insisting on being The Man in the Yellow Hat from Curious George for Halloween this year. I have managed to track down yellow pants, shirt and tie but am struggling with a hat. Please let me know if anyone has a hat similar looking to a fedora or cowboy hat that would fit a child.
