Please be on the lookout for a small black cat with yellow eyes that got out of a house on Callowhill St. Saturday night (10/11). Her name is Scarlett. Thanksgiving potluck

Hi, neighbors, We would like to reach out to those of you who may have nowhere to go this Thanksgiving. Perhaps you have no family here or cannot get home this year. I like to include anyone who has nowhere else to go as Marty and I have been there many times. We are hosting a Thanksgiving potluck on Thursday November 26, 2015 at 6:00 pm. The potluck will have a mixture of interesting non-traditional as well as traditional Thanksgiving food. So we'd like to coordinate what everyone is bringing so that all bases are covered. We’ll make a turkey breast. Our philosophy about Thanksgiving: It's a time to be thankful for all of your blessings, including all of the people in your life. We'll eat as soon as everyone arrives (after taking a few minutes to share what we are thankful for) and then I’d like to play some games after dinner with those who wish to stay. Free Blue Siberian Iris Plants

I got up early and energized this morning, and finally divided up my Siberian Iris from my front yard. I have the leftovers sitting on a tarp in front of my house (931 Mellon). Feel free to come and get some. Leave the tarp please if you are the last to pick some up. These get to be about 2-3 feet tall with blue flowers in the Spring, around Mother's Day. They do spread and get dense, but dont spread too far. If you leave them in a confined space for 8 years without thinning them out, then they get pretty dense. I know that from experience. In my back yard, they have formed a small clump and are not invasive. There are a few big clumps at the end of the tarp closest to my neighbors house, and the smaller clumps and individual plants are closer to the front door. They are not real wet, so you dont need a plastic bag or tarp to move them in. There is also some sedum there, that blooms yellow. *YOU HAUL! **YOU HAUL!* FREE under the counter black Jenn-Air wine refrigerator--- approximately 9 years old. It works but needs work and it is fixable. Here's the specs: 23.5 inches wide--- counter depth 24 inches and counter height 34 inches. (all specs approx) Turn it on---it gets cold at the temp you want but only one side--- and over time it frosts up---I'm guessing it needs a compressor. Would make a great kegarator if you know how to do those things-- involving cutting a hole and putting in a draft spout. It is also vibration free--- as to not bruise the wine and shake up the sediments. Use it stand alone--- or under the counter. Has seven shelves--4 shelves have nice solid wood accents.
