I moved out of 540 N. Sheridan Ave this weekend but someone broke into my apt after I left - so I feel like they may have been watching - which is creepy enough. Two doors down a man had his Cadillac window smashed and three doors down, someone attempted to remove the screens, presumably to break into the home. The strange man that I saw lurking around and urinating behind homes is a very thin white man with straggly brown hair and I think facial hair. Just letting you know so that you can be on alert!
