Hi Neighbors. My office in the Strip is looking for a part-time support person to assist with scanning documents, filing, and special projects. Office hours are 8:30-5:30 M-F, and we’d need someone at least 15-20 hours a week. Hours are extremely flexible, so this would be perfect for a stay-at-home parent with kids in school, or a college student who had some daylight hours available. This position does not offer benefits. [Highland Park] Box gutters

Has anyone found someone that can repair box gutters? Most roofers say they can but it is a lost art so I am looking for someone with experience. I have already done the usual sealant, webbing, rubber lining and painting without success. In addition I am looking to repair the soffit damaged by the leaking gutters. It is the original wood tongue and groove and am not interested in putting aluminum as seems to be the current solution. Thanks, David

[Highland Park] Ringing doorbell in middle of night

Hi neighbors, Our doorbell was rung in the middle of the night last night- around 2:20am. Very creepy. We did not answer the door. I'm wondering if this happened to anyone else?
