[Highland Park] anyone have flourescent light fixtures?

Hey, folks. I have a set of grow-trays to start my own seedlings, and usually do pretty well, but I'm growing extra this year and need to set up some shelves. I need more flourescent (tube) ballasts and lights that work and are "plug-in" (not wire-into-the-ceiling) Any length will do. My current grow shelf is similar to the one above, but I will be building the new shelves myself and can adapt to whatever lights I am able to get. There are some heirloom tomato plants (or other things: peppers, tomatillos, ground cherries, herbs, etc.) in it for you if you donate some working lights! Thanks! Rachel Rachel M. Kudrick

[Highland Park] Hardwood floor refinishers and installation: recommendation request

After an indoor flooding mishap ("thanks" to this frigid weather), we now need to get a portion of our hardwood kitchen floor pulled up and replaced; then all the hardwood floors in the rooms on the kitchen level will need to be sanded and re-stained to match. Any recommendations for hardwood floor refinishers who have proved careful (and as "dustless" as possible) and have a good eye for color matching? Many thanks.

I'd try Appliance Service Center --- I've been using them for all appliance types for several years now, and been happy. Honest and competent. 2.) Jim Wadding Phone: (412) 421-2368 3.) Frank Turak 412 ~ 731-5900. He is very good and honest 4.) Ray Haynes, 412 818 3098. . You won’t be disappointed. He is fast to respond. I don't think it matters what brand you have either. 5.) If it's a traditional top-loader, James Wadding is great; he doesn't work on fancy schmancy computerized ones tho... 412 916 7570
