*Storytelling Barbeque: One Dream, Our Stories Wednesday, August 28, 2013 5:30 - 7:30 pm * This free, community event is all ages In celebration of the 50 year anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech - you are invited to an evening of barbeque, storytelling, and games in UP's side yard. We'll gather together as a community to share a meal while sharing our own stories about our community, our history, and our dreams. Super delicious barbeque will be provided by Union Pig and Chicken and games will be organized by Obscure Games. This event is supported by Awesome Pittsburgh. The PWSA will be digging on Bryant near the corner of Highland beginning tomorrow at 8am. They are beginning to secure the parking area today. Just wanted to share in case you live nearby and weren't aware. It is likely that water will be shut off as well, so take your showers tonight and have some extra on hand for drinking!
