DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES: Healthy Foods for Life: a mini series consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack classes (all gluten free). Each class is 2 hours long, you will cook and eat 4 items, and the cost is $40.00. Classes are also offered during the day (11:00-1:00)and all classes are taught by Gulzat Dalton. Breakfast menu: choco-kale shake, omelet muffins, pumpkin pie quinoa casserole and millet zucchini pancakes/waffles Lunch menu: creamy cauliflower soup, black bean burger, sweet potato and carrot fries, quinoa with Brussel sprouts, avocado and tahini sauce & chocolate cupcakes with coconut milk icing Dinner menu: vegetarian chili, roasted chicken with cauliflower puree, broccoli salad with dried cherries and a cashew dill dressing and chocolate chip cookie pie Snacks and desserts: hummus, granola bars, peanut butter cookies, and a berry almond crisp with cardamom custard Regular Classes: These are 3 hour Ethnic classes with a cost of $65.00/$70.00 depending on the class.
